Prairie Fire

Crave Street Food

Prairie Fire was founded in 2013 by Michael Gratz, a Kansas City native living in London who longed for the famous BBQ of his home town. Michael moved to London and instantly fell in love with the culturally diverse food scene but missed the authentic, slow-smoked Kansas City style BBQ he grew up with. He experimented making his own sauces, rubs and smoked meats for friends and family. After much encouragement, he decided to start selling his products at various markets around London. Since its modest beginnings PFQ street food has become well known to BBQ aficionados throughout London.
