Katsu King is the brainchild of Michael Charlton who has managed restaurants around the globe – including for Rick Stein and Terence Conran. It was his extensive travels in South America and a stint working at a stall in Sri Lanka which inspired his passion for street food.
Michael’s converted vintage truck is a proud resident of Merchant Square, serving up all manner of katsu-themed dishes with colourful garnishes and pickles that are sure to liven up any lunchtime!
