Come and get fit for free this Summer at Merchant Square with Personal Trainer and Fitness Influencer (@wildcatfit) Lisa-Jane Holmes at our weekly Full Body Bootcamp workouts on the Floating Pocket Park.
Lisa-Jane (LJ) has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry and has trained celebrities, students, royalty, office workers and everything in between in both 1:1 and group sessions across London. LJ honestly shares her fitness journey via her Instagram account (@wildcatfit) and tries to spread the message that fitness is for everyone – every age and every ability.
Each 50 minute Full Body Bootcamp session in the Pocket Park will incorporate both cardio and bodyweight strength elements – working the upper and lower body, as well as core stability and cardio fitness. Come and push your fitness limits and feel the Full Body burn week after week with LJ.
LJ’s Bootcamp sessions are every Tuesday and are running for 8 weeks from Tuesday 21st May – Tuesday 9th July 2019 from 6PM – 7PM.
