Get ready to boost your endurance, strength and power at our bootcamp classes with Wildcat Fitness.
Every Tuesday in May from 6pm – 7pm we’re offering another month of free fitness classes in the serene setting of our floating pocket park. Suitable for all fitness levels, each class will consist of a mixture of body weights, strength, and HIIT cardio. Each week will have a different focus but will always feature a warm up, cool down, and stretch to finish. Class schedule below.
Tuesday 3rd May – Full Body
Tuesday 10th May – Lower Body
Tuesday 17th May – Upper Body
Tuesday 24th May – Core Focus
Tuesday 31st May – Full Body
About Wildcat Fitness
LJ is a fully qualified Personal Trainer with 13 years of experience in the fitness industry – training clients, teaching classes, and educating new Instructors. She’s trained clients on a Bespoke 1:1 basis since 2013, and has taught classes in many of London’s boutique fitness studios, hosted fitness events in some incredible locations, as well as working with companies on their Corporate Fitness offerings. Lj is passionate about helping people to move their body, get active and stay active and show that fitness really is for everyone!
