Looking to get fit and energised while enjoying the beauty of London’s canals? Join our free bootcamp classes taught by our returning fave PT, Wildcat Fitness.
Classes will take place on our Floating Pocket Park, London’s first genuinely bespoke floating garden – a truly unique space to workout Suitable for all fitness levels. The 50 minute classes mix bodyweight strength with cardio interval training and focus on a different area each week for a truly full body workout! Class schedule below.

About Wildcat Fitness
LJ (@wildcatfit on Instagram) has over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry and 12 as a Personal Trainer, helping people to feel fitter, stronger and more confident no matter what their age or experience. LJ teaches spin, boxing, HIIT and strength based classes and is retuning to Merchant Square for her 7th year sharing her signature Body Bootcamp classes on the Floating Pocket Park.
