This simple but effective bodyweight workout can be done at home or outdoors and requires minimal equipment (only a mat if you’re not comfortable lying on your floor/the ground). Get ready for a mix of bodyweight strength and high intensity cardio moves to achieve a full body blast in just half an hour!

Tuesday 7th: Join Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor LJ of Wildcat Fitness (@wildcatfit) for a 30 minute Bodyweight Core Workout! This session will incorporate a mix of strength and high intensity cardio moves from the comfort of your own home or garden. No equipment required (just a mat if you have a surface you aren’t comfortable lying on) – just be ready to focus on the abs and core – with options suitable for all fitness levels.
Thursday 9th: After Tuesday’s Ab focussed workout, it’s time to mix things up for a Full Body Session on Thursday! Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor LJ of Wildcat Fitness (@wildcatfit) will guide you through a mix of bodyweight strength and high intensity cardio moves to help strengthen your whole body in just 30 minutes from the comfort of your home or garden as you train live. No equipment needed, just plenty of energy to raise your heart rate and get stronger and fitter together at home.
