For the month of April you can join Charlotte every Wednesday morning from 12:30pm beginning Wednesday 1st April on Instagram Live. For 30 minutes Charlotte will take you through a slow yoga flow designed to alleviate back pain, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing. Charlotte teaches a soulful vinyasa flow with a focus on mindful movements, meditation, and relaxation. Classes are for all levels from complete beginners to more experienced yogis.
