We invite you to nominate team members who consistently deliver exceptional service, show kindness, or make a positive difference in your day. By getting involved, you’re helping to build a culture of appreciation across Merchant Square—one where great work is celebrated and the people behind it feel genuinely valued.
From the barista who remembers your order each morning, to an estate team member who brightens your day with a smile, to someone who’s gone above and beyond when it really mattered—these everyday moments deserve to be recognised.
Each month, one outstanding individual will be selected as our Merchant Square Star and rewarded for their contribution to our community. They’ll also be featured in our newsletter, sharing their story with the wider community and inspiring others through their example.
