Mindful May with WildCat Fitness

An event every week that begins at 12:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until Tuesday 26th May 2020

For the month of May we are continuing to work with the lovely LJ from WildCat Fit who will be taking classes on our Instagram Live every Tuesday lunchtime 12:30PM.
 
Using these classes is the perfect time to practice mindfulness, take a moment away from the desk, become more aware of your surrounding environment, thoughts and feelings which greatly help with your physical and mental state.
 
This simple but effective bodyweight workout can be done at home or outdoors and requires minimal equipment (only a mat if you’re not comfortable lying on your floor/the ground). Get ready for a mix of bodyweight strength and high intensity cardio moves to achieve a full body blast in just half an hour!

Tuesday 19th May: Core
Tuesday 26th May: Lower Body
