At Merchant Square we are celebrating National Workouts & Wellbeing Week from the comfort of your home.
The event encourages people to dedicate more time to excercise and meditation with the aim of improving physical and mental wellbeing.
Join Charlotte this Wednesday 25th March at 9:30am on Instagram Live for 30 minutes slow yoga flow designed to alleviate back pain, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing. Charlotte teaches a soulful vinyasa flow with a focus on mindful movements, meditation, and relaxation. Classes are for all levels from complete beginners to more experienced yogis.
