Due to the success of our online fitness classes with LJ from Wildcat Fitness, we want to continue keeping fit and healthy together from home!
LJ will be taking 30 minute workouts over on our Instagram Live page on Tuesday lunchtimes during June.
This simple but effective bodyweight workout can be done at home or outdoors and requires minimal equipment (only a mat if you’re not comfortable lying on your floor/the ground). Get ready for a mix of bodyweight strength and high intensity cardio moves to achieve a full body blast in just half an hour!
