VOGA unites a highly stylized and expressive yoga with the slick alignment and posing of vogue-inspired dance.
It bridges the gap between Yoga and Dance, combining the breath synchronized moves of yoga with the expressive moves of the dance class; focusing on strengthening the core with a channeling of chi.
We are excited to have VOGA return to the Floating Pocket Park on Tuesday 4th August and Tuesday 8th September between 6PM – 7PM.

Every Wednesday from 5th August – 9th September, you can book the Merchant Square beach for a round of badminton on the sand!
We will have allocated slots between 10AM – 6PM which will be available to book through the Merchant Square website.
We will have badminton equipment that can be signed out from 5 Merchant Square reception with a £5 cash deposit which will be refunded once the badminton equipment is returned.

SUP Yoga is about taking a traditional yoga class onto the water where the paddleboard becomes your new floating yoga mat.
Yoga on water will give you a whole new experience. By being exposed to the element and having to adjust to the movement of the board on water, you will maximise you core stability throughout the entire class.
The class is taken by an experienced SUP Yoga instructor from Active 360 and will be available to book on Tuesday 18th August and Tuesday 1st August between 6PM - 7PM.

After a successful run of fitness sessions through July - we are adding Body Bootcamps with Wildcat Fitness to our Summer Staycation programme!
These classes will take place on Tuesday 11th and Tuesday 25th August between 6PM – 7PM on our Floating Pocket Park at Merchant Square.
The workout will include a warm up and cool down with a mix of body weight strength and cardio exercises between to target all parts of the body.
Our classes have limited numbers and there is strict social distancing.

As part of the Merchant Square Summer Staycation programme we are bringing live music sessions back to Merchant Square with Busk in London on Thursday lunchtimes from 6th August - 10th September.
You can watch London’s best musicians between 12PM – 2PM on Thursday lunchtimes in the West Plaza opposite M&S Simply Food.

We will have allocated slots between 10AM – 6PM which will be available to book through the Merchant Square website.
We will have beach volleyball's that can be signed out from 5 Merchant Square reception by leaving a £5 cash deposit which will refunded once volleyball is returned.

This year our Rubber Duck Race will be a little different as we host our first Virtual Rubber Duck Race from our social media channels.
500 rubber ducks will be released from St. Mary’s bridge to help raise essential funds for COSMIC (Children of St. Mary’s Intensive Care). COSMIC supports the Children’s Intensive Care Unit at St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington by helping patients and their families and enabling the dedicated team to treat hundreds of critically ill children from all over London each year.

We are excited to have Pizza Express back operating at Merchant Square with a new extended outdoor seating area.
They will be back operating their normal hours seven days a week and will begin service today, Thursday 30th July.
Pizza Express will also be participating in the Eat Out to Help Out Scheme Monday – Wednesday beginning 3rd August. The Eat Out to Help Out Scheme gets you 50% discount on food or non-alcoholic drinks to eat or drink when dining in.
You do not need a voucher to use this scheme and you can use it at the same time as other offers and discounts. There is no minimum spend.
KuPP and Heist Bank at Merchant Square will also be participating in this scheme every Wednesday!
