We are weeks away from the Gym Group’s long awaited opening and to celebrate, we’re teaming up with them to bring you two fitness sessions.
Held on our Floating Pocket Park, the 45 minute classes will be a mix of their most popular workouts – Hiit, Legs, Bums and Tums and Flexi Stretch giving you a full body workout. There will be two classes, both following the same format – 15 minutes of hiit, followed by 15 minutes of LBT and finally 15 minutes of Flexi Stretch. Class schedule as follows:
Monday 11th July, 6pm – 6.45pm
Wednesday 13th July, 12.30pm – 1.15pm
The classes are totally free to attend but need to be booked in advance. Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in warm up. Book now.
All guests will receive a bottle of water a protein bar to refuel after your workout! See you at the Floating Pocket Park!
