International Day of Yoga

Join us for a rejuvenating experience as we celebrate the International Day of Yoga with a free outdoor yoga class. Awaken your inner peace and vitality and discover the perfect harmony between mind, body and nature in this refreshing session surrounded by nature.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this event is open to people of all abilities and everyone is welcome. Our experienced yoga instructor will lead you through a Vinyasa Flow class, beginning with an introduction and mindful breathing classes, followed various sequences with lots of modifications. This is a great opportunity to connect with other members of the community and experience the benefits of yoga in a beautiful setting.

To make the event more special, we are partnering with BOL who will provide a free Power Shake to those that attend. These shakes are the perfect way to refuel after your yoga practice and will leaving you feeling refreshed and energised. BOL have been on a mission to help busy people eat well since 2015. Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable attire suitable for outdoor yoga and its transformative power. We do have limited supply of yoga matts for those that don’t have their own, and you can also practice directly on the grass to truly connect with nature.

The event is free to attend, and will take place on the lawn, in front of the Open Air Cinema. Free tickets are available to book here. 

Additional Information

• Merchant Square have a small amount of yoga matts available, but we invite you to bring your own yoga matt if possible. You may also workout on the grass directly.
• The event will begin promptly at 6pm. Please arrive no later than 5:50pm to register in and warm up.
• 1 BOL product is per person will be available on a first come first served basis, while stocks last.
