Free fitness classes on Tuesday evenings on the Floating Pocket Park

Looking to get fit and energised while enjoying the beauty of London’s canals? Join our free bootcamp classes taught by our returning fave PT, Wildcat Fitness as well as our fantastic new trainer James Colebrook. We are so excited to welcome James to the Floating Fitness Family.
Classes will take place on our Floating Pocket Park, London’s first genuinely bespoke floating garden – a truly unique space to workout Suitable for all fitness levels, each class will consist of a mixture of bodyweight, strength, and HIIT cardio. Each week will have a different focus but will always feature a warm up, cool down, and stretch to finish. Class schedule below.
The first 6 weeks will be taught by Wildcat Fitness, followed on by James for the remainder of the summer.

About Wildcat Fitness
LJ (@wildcatfit on Instagram) is a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with over 13 years experience of training clients and teaching classes. She owns Wildcat Fitness UK, a West-London based PT business, and is the Head of Trainer Development for Boom Cycle. Returning to Merchant Square for the 6th year of hosting Body Bootcamps in the Pocket Park, LJ’s classes combine bodyweight strength with HIIT training to ensure a full body workout that is suitable for all levels of fitness. About James Colebrook
James is a full out with feeling fitness instructor. Having trained in musical theatre is sessions are serving a West End show every session, from sassy one liners to questionable vocals and dance moves. He preaches for us all to chase the mental health aspect of exercise first and foremost leaving you feeling incredible about yourself after each session…even after burpees
