Reindeer, Santa's Sleigh and Festive Performances Await!
The most magical time of the year is upon us, and we have an enchanting treat for you in store!
On Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th December, between 4pm – 6pm, you can meet two very special reindeer, gracing our presence all the way from the North Pole. Learn about the origins of these majestic creatures and the role they play in bringing this holiday magic to life.
The reindeer are guarding Santa’s sleigh, which will be parked at Merchant Square and open for guests to explore. Climb aboard and imagine the adventure that Santa embarks on each year, delivering presents to children all over the world. Snap a picture in the most famous of vessels without travelling to the North Pole.
The enchantment doesn’t stop there. Surround yourself with joyful sounds of the season, as our talented carol singers serenade you with timeless classics. Join in the singing, or simply enjoy the harmonious melodies that make your heart swell with warmth.
Warm hot chocolate and freshly baked treats will be also available throughout the afternoon, so come along with family and friends and immerse yourself in the spirit of Christmas.

- This event is open to all ages and free of charge with no tickets required.
- Participants must be respectful, considerate and mindful of the event’s other attendees.
- Reindeers will be inside enclosures and accompanied by their handlers at all times. Please follow the instructions of the event staff while interacting with the reindeer to ensure their safety and comfort.
- The Santa sleigh is available for photographs, however you must be considerate of others and limit your time to allow everyone a chance to enjoy the experience.
- By attending the event, you grant permission for the event organisers to use photographs and video footage for event promotional purposes.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions, the event may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation. Please keep an eye on our channels for updates.
- All pets must be kept on leads when interacting with the reindeer.
